Door of the Day

This time we went to the beautiful Chatelain neighbourhood in Brussels to spot an amazing door. A door where three Art-Nouveau ladies will seduce you to enter the house. Two of the elegant, copper hammered, women turn themselves to the skilfully sculpted door handle. A door handle like no other, a piece of art which captures the search for beauty that was of utmost importance during the fin-de-siecle period. This static piece of wood has been transformed by extraordinary artisans into a dreamy place where beauty and elegance are far from ephemeral!
