Charlotte Boeyden Photography

Following some Flickr accounts, Charlotte Boeyden got inspired and started experimenting herself. Although studying at Eindhoven's DesignAcademy, this soon to be designer build up her own view on photography through the love for books, movies and travelling. These factors reflect itself in the sensitivity for colours, composition and use of light which translate perfectly in emotions, raw and unrefined beauty.

Using one of  Belgians most beautiful and vast nature reserve 'de Kalmthoutse heiden", Charlotte found the perfect backdrop for her sensible, feminine pictures she takes of her friends. Something she does with her analogue photo camera, keeping the image as pure and honest as possible. The only effect Charlotte adds to her photography is by scanning the picture.

Her pictures were also noticed by Vice magazine BE, where she did a shoot called "A Day - A Year". Check out the shoot here. The I Love Belgium team made a small selection out of her Flickr-account (yes, now she has one of her own). Enjoy!
