101% Designed in Brussels at Stockholm Furniture Fair

The 101% Designed in Brussels programme is starting the year 2011 with a first stop at the Stockholm Furniture Fair. A selection of five young designers is travelling up North where they will present new, freshly squeezed ideas and objects. The new 101% Programme 2011 presents the following creative brains: Benoît Deneufbourg, Julien De Smedt, Corentin Dombrecht, Vanessa Hordies and  Julien Renault. ILOVEBELGIUM

The Stockholm Furniture Fair is the first stop where these five designers present their work to a professional audience. Next stop will be the Milan fair in April. 101% Designed in Brussels, that’s one percent that makes the difference. Stockholm Furniture Fair is a trade fair, which takes place at Stockholm International Fairs in Älvsjö. The fair is the world’s biggest meeting place for Nordic design. Here you will find the most comprehensive range of furniture, offices, design, textiles and other interior design for both the home and the public environment. The fair is considered to be one of the most interesting design fairs in the world. This years Guest of Honour at the Stockholm Furniture Fair and the Northern Light Fair is Arik Levy. You'll see some exclusive picture material of the Designed in Brussels stand at the Stockholm Furniture Fair. Later on we'll present the selected designers with their respective designs.
